Arrive to find herbal tea and homemade chocolate. Make your way upstairs to pick an oracle card, always relavent to where you are right now. then make your nest get comfy. we then do some gentle restorative stretches, two different types of breath work. moving down to the floor loosing yourself in a self written meditation, followed by an immersion in a sound bath and individual reiki from me at the end.
