"I first started with Georgie's Pilates class to see if it would help with my low back pain over 10 years ago and it did! I have carried on with the classes as I feel it is of great benefit to my posture and general fitness and they are enjoyable and fun. When I had major surgery Georgie helped significantly with recovery, giving me exercises to enable me to regain my mobility and strength. Georgie has extensive knowledge of anatomy and muscles and how they interact and can quickly identify an imbalance and advise you on how to correct this. She always starts each class by asking about aches and pains and observing how well people are moving and will then tailor the exercises appropriately. I am reassured by her moving around the class as we exercise as she will make sure you are not harming yourself by doing the exercise incorrectly"
